Last Thursday, the Legault government introduced a draft Constitution for Quebec.

On paper, it might sound noble. But in reality, this text enshrines abortion and euthanasia as constitutional principles, while erasing Quebec’s Christian heritage. Worse still, it could become a model for other provinces — dragging all of Canada into even faster moral decline.

Here’s what this bill actually does:

• It enshrines abortion as a fundamental freedom, even though the Quebec Charter already states that “every human being has the right to life.”
• It includes euthanasia as a state-protected right, encouraging the most vulnerable to choose death as a solution.
• It erases all mention of Christianity — the very foundation of our language, institutions, and understanding of the common good.

This Constitution doesn’t merely exclude faith — it rejects it.

And if it passes, the rest of Canada could follow… but even faster.

At Quebec Life Coalition, we are asking the National Assembly to:

• Remove all articles that constitutionalize abortion and euthanasia;
• Recognize the Christian foundations of Quebec’s identity;
• Launch a real dialogue with faith communities, families, and defenders of life.

40 Days for Life in Sherbrooke

Qc – September 24th-November 2nd

The 40 Days for Life consists of 40 days and 12 hours per day of sidewalk vigils, usually in the vicinity of an abortion facility, to witness on behalf of the unborn child to passers-by and to offer help to women who are considering aborting their babies. The 40 Days begins on September 24th and ends on November 2nd. More details to come.

Conferences tour

Quebec Life Coalition is launching a project to establish local groups (parishes, churches, student groups, etc.) of Quebec, to root a living commitment to faith, family and life. Say "no" to secularism: Quebec Prays and Canada Prays

Every Wednesday at 6 pm, Christians across Quebec are invited to gather in groups throughout the province to pray the Rosary publicly. We will not be driven from the public square like lepers!
