It may be a good idea to do so, considering the Prime Minisiter, Mr. Harper, appears adamant at not opening the debate.
Recall: Canada has no legislation preventing a woman from terminating a pregnancy, at any time. This contrasts with many countries that haves placed limits. In England, for example, abortions are not permitted after 22 weeks after conception.
Woodworth is the fourth federal conservative to have voiced in recent times that Canada ought to revisit its legislation regarding the unborn.
